ContainerPort Group is trying to find a Billing Coordinator to join our group at our Cincinnati, OH workplace!
The Billing Coordinator will be accountable for Invoicing our consumers within 7 days of relocation conclusion. This prospect will be asking for modified work orders (EDI and Manual), looking for scanned documents, taking charges off hold in preparation for invoicing, including note to Trinium for ease of interaction. This prospect will send out follow up e-mails to clients and terminals on approval status of surcharges and intensify problems as required to sales group and proper management internal and external.
Typical Job Responsibilities:
- Audits billing based upon business SOP’s by evaluating back-up paperwork, processing each order rapidly and effectively while sticking to complex billing standards and procedures.
- Ensures collectible, precise and prompt billing goes to the consumers by processing the billing line daily.
- Works with the billing services supervisor to discover services to improve and increase billing performances and precision.
- Updates billing profiles & notes for billing files as required.
- Communicates with field account agent and other employee to look for resolutions to billing audit concerns.
- Communicates with internal consumers regularly and external clients as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of administrative workplace experience needed
- Intermodal billing experience chosen
- Working understanding of Microsoft Office items needed
- Ability to operate in a quick paced workplace environment
- Ability to work extremely separately with eager concentrate on processing a big volume of orders. Need to likewise have the ability to work as part of a group and take instructions when essential.
