Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is proliferating! We are looking for a Pharmacy Billing/Adjudication Specialist at our Specialty drug store in New Hyde Park, NY. This will be a Full-Time position, Mondays through Fridays, with fantastic pay and advantages! Pharmacy Adjudication Specialists at Onco360 …

  • Process drug store claims for prescriptions in active workflow.
  • Ensure Pharmacy claim rejections are fixed to enable prompt shipping of medications.
  • Perform outreach contacts us to clients to reschedule their at-home shipments.
  • Ensure total and precise client setup in CPR system consisting of demographics and insurance coverage profile.
  • Manage and adjudicate main, secondary, and tertiary drug store claims and evaluation for precision prior to accepting the claim.
  • Contact insurer to deal with 3rd party rejections on claims.
  • Ensure copay cards are not used to claims for federal government recipients.
  • Manage all Funding associated billing follow up and work as intermediary to Onco360 Advocate group.
  • Assist drug store group with all management of digitally adjudicated claims to guarantee all Rx fixed up and spent for prior to shipment.
  • Notify clients of shipment hold-ups or exceptions on prescriptions arranged to be delivered.
  • Serve as Customer service intermediary to clients concerning Billing and Benefits. Contact clients to interact any copay inconsistency in between estimated quantity and claim.
  • Document and send ask for Patient Refunds when proper.
