Position Overview
Reporting to the Billing Coordinator, the Ready-mix Billing Specialist carries out a wide array of clerical obligations with billing and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Validate client sales orders and produce associated billings
- Verify and procedure point of sale tickets daily
- Process everyday and weekly client billings
- Work with sales, clients, and operations to fix client billing problems
- Provides client with proper item and task documents
- Work with field operations group to enhance customer support
- Special tasks as designated
- Other regular workplace responsibilities as required or asked for
- Occasional backup receptionist
- Research and deal with brief payments
- Sales tax reporting
