Position Overview
Reporting to the Billing Coordinator, the Ready-mix Billing Specialist carries out a wide array of clerical obligations with billing and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Validate client sales orders and produce associated billings
- Verify and procedure point of sale tickets daily
- Process day-to-day and weekly client billings
- Work with sales, consumers, and operations to solve client billing problems
- Provides client with proper item and job documents
- Work with field operations group to enhance customer care
- Special tasks as designated
- Other regular workplace responsibilities as required or asked for
- Occasional backup receptionist
- Research and fix brief payments
- Sales tax reporting
