Eligibility Criteria:
Survivors are qualified for medical compensation under SARP if they satisfy the following requirements:
· The attack took place on or after January 1st, 2022.
· The attack took place in the state of Arizona, or the client got intense medical treatment in Arizona.
· The client looked for and got a Medical Forensic Exam (MFE) following the sexual attack.
· If the client looked for an MFE however was not able to get one, accreditation should be supplied by medical personnel, the medical billing department, and/or a victim supporter.
