Responsibilities
The Billing/Service Administrator deals with all clients, both internal and external towards the single function of providing remarkable service. This function will be accountable for evaluating, modifying and authorizing the precision of all billing activity. They will interact day-to-day with professionals to clarify billable hours and products used to each work orders. This person will engage with other members of the service department by interacting daily the requirements of our consumers. They will work as an intermediary in between the dispatcher, field specialists, store service technicians and our consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to procedure, review, modify, and deal with all client billing requirements and concerns
- Open/Close everyday work orders, enter them into the system and interact with service department the requirements of each call
- Answering the phone and supplying client service
- Research billing and invoicing concerns and supply options.
- Assist with dispatching service professionals.

- Excellent computer system abilities and experience with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications:
