Obligations
- Perform collection activity to make sure appropriate resolution and repayment on claims
- Offer excellent customer care when talking to clients
- Guarantee all claims are billed and gathered effectively and satisfy all federal government mandated policies
- Work together with health center departments in the resolution of accounts
- Deal with claims processing concerns with 3rd party payers and offers all needed info in a prompt way
- Include clients and member of the family (where essential) to make sure prompt resolution of claims with insurance provider
- Resubmit tidy and precise claims to insurer in a prompt and certified way
- Investigates, prepares, and sends attract insurance provider

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in medical billing/ balance dues
- Medical facility experience chosen
- Understanding of standard medical coding/terminology and third-party insurance coverage operating treatments and practices a plus
- Understands payer standards associated with efficient claim resolution
- Experienced and competent with payer sites and other helpful resources
- Understanding of earnings cycle and/or workplace treatments
- Extremely information oriented and arranged
- Capability to check out, comprehend, and follow oral and written guidelines
- Capability to develop and preserve efficient working relationships and interact plainly with clients and insurer both within and beyond the company
