In this function, you will be accountable for last and interim invoicing and other closeout associated audit and evaluation activities. You will be accountable preparing prompt and precise billing bundles by auditing agreement billing history and making changes and corrections in accordance with business and department monetary guideline, agreement conditions and FAR requirements.

Additional duties consist of, however are not restricted to:

  • Preparation of last and interim billings which needs access to several systems (both existing and tradition) to acquire expense information, invoicing history and needed backup.
  • Analyzing and analyzing agreement documents and billing information to make sure all previous invoicing was finished in accordance with DCMA, DCAA and FAR requirements and legal conditions.
  • Appropriate application of indirect rates; both last and provisionary.
  • Balancing and change of unbilled and basic journal.
  • Individual should be cognizant of specific and department objectives and due dates and track individual stats to help in attaining mentioned objectives and due dates.
  • Must have the ability to work several jobs concurrently with the capability to change rapidly to emerging top priorities on brief notification.
  • Interacts with internal and external clients and all levels of management.
  • Must have the ability to work overtime to satisfy regulative and client due dates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Math; OR a minimum of an Associate’s degree paired with 2 years associated experience; OR a minimum of a High School diploma paired with 4 years associated experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite tools; particularly Excel is needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CostPoint, Cognos and BI Reporting
