Position Objective
Konica Minolta presently has an amazing chance for an Admin Ops Specialist!
Provide prompt and precise order processing, aftermarket billing, and consumer assistance for in your area processed sales and service deals. Serve as regional administrative user interface for centrally processed (Windsor) deals. Make sure sales and service deals are processed within the specifications of Company operating policies.
Essential Job Functions
- Enter, track, and schedule shipment for all orders processed within the appointed Branch( es)
- Ensure that all order and agreement documents remains in compliance with Company policies and treatments
- Set-up and keep all master information records for consumers processed within appointed branch( es)
- Review and pre-edit orders to be sent to the National Account Customer Care Center
- Set-up upkeep agreements for appointed clients and perform all associated billing functions (consisting of specialized billing generation, backup meter collection, billing corrections, and so on)
- Review and screen lease financings and follow-up as required to make sure Konica Minolta is paid as rapidly as possible
- Maintain client access to MyKMBS.com as needed
- Respond to consumer questions
- Assist Branch workers with Administrative concerns
- Perform basic workplace assistance works as needed
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong interaction abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work successfully in a high tension environment
- Experience with SAP or showed experience to discover SAP or comparable systems
- Related market experience chosen
Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
- High School diploma or greater instructional degree needed
