Billing Specialist Essential Functions:
- Submission of insurance coverage declares & client billings
- Correction & resubmission of any rejected or declined claims
- Review billings for efficiency and precision
- Handle and process a high volume of intricate expenses
- Send billings to clients by e-mail or send them to consumer payment websites
- Update accounting and other kinds of records in the system
- Maintain proper documents and reporting per regulative requirements
- Research and solve consumer billing problems & identify suitable changes with correct paperwork
- Perform consumer account reconciliations
- Assist with routine audit demands
- Other tasks as appointed
Billing Specialist Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with Medicare billing Required
- Home Health experience Preferred
- Experience with Medicaid billing Preferred
- Current with CPR/AED accreditation (this can be offered)
- Strong interaction abilities needed
- Demonstrate capability to handle and affect modification, work individually
- Willingness to deal with brand-new obstacles and brand-new methods of working

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Suite
