Essential Functions
These are the task tasks needed of the position. Vital Functions
Responsible for account follow up, dealing with billing issues and responding to client questions; utilizes collection methods to keep accounts receivable present consisting of tracking of overdue payments; examines billing reports and takes essential restorative action to make sure prompt and precise billing and repayment; displays and handles aged receivables with focus on resolution of accounts prior to aging to 90 day mark; evaluations EOBs to guarantee appropriate compensation of claims and reports issues, concerns and patterns; investigates, recognizes and corrects any unique situations impacting postponed payment of accounts; reports determined concerns to manager; stays informed of payor modifications and updates; interact modifications, additions and removals to management; reacts to clients concerning billing problems with accounts that need unique attention; evaluations credit balances; sends refund demands and/or fixes payment publishing mistakes and records and reports publishing mistakes to manager; uses consumer relations abilities and constantly interacts expertly to develop and keep favorable relationships with all clients, internal and external; accepts and finishes all responsibilities favorably and without dispute; complies, assists and enhances the efficiency of the system; routine and timely presence; capability to work schedule as specified and overtime as needed; associated responsibilities as needed.
