Job Description:

Fayetteville Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is employing for an Office Coordinator in their physical treatment department!

This position is accountable for the correction of the billing journal as it connects to scientific documents. Prospects need to have a thorough understanding of the claims and billing department in its whole. This partner will participate in training other partners as required.

JOB Duties:

  • Communicates with clinicians in a prompt way with billing/ledger associated problems.
  • Assists in the transmission and printing of claims
  • Provides outstanding service to colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Responds to email and telephone call within 1 to 2 organization days with the proper level of details.
  • Maintains a favorable and expert way at all times.
  • Special jobs as appointed and as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education in service or associated field with focus on health care wanted. Tested work record might be replacemented for education requirement and will be thought about on a case-by case basis.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the health care field.
  • Working understanding of claims processing, claim types and the capability to discover the business’s basic software application.
  • Excellent interaction and customer support, attention to information and the capability to operate in a group environment.
