ABOUT THE TASK:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Produce unique, custom-made or summary billings/invoices for all consumers that need non-standard billing/invoicing on a regular monthly, weekly or day-to-day basis
  • Run and or confirm set up billing/invoice reports run as arranged
  • Evaluation all customized or summary billings/invoices prior to they are provided to clients to guarantee they are precise, mistake complimentary and fix up to the basic billing system( s)
  • Process web billing jobs
  • Work carefully with the consumers and nationwide account group
  • Work out payment plans with past-due clients
  • Make outgoing collection calls
  • Other responsibilities as designated
  • Routine presence is needed to satisfy the necessary functions of the task

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED, needed
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative, clerical or accounting experience needed
  • Intermediate Excel abilities needed
  • High degree of attention to information
  • Capability to multitask
  • Strong spoken and written interaction abilities with expert disposition
  • Collection experience a plus
  • SAP experience a plus
