Offers training to Unique Education Company concerning 3rd party Billing procedure and paperwork requirements.

Prepares and evaluates paperwork needed for 3rd party compensations. This consists of:

a. Weekly publishes from Sped Kinds to Unique Education Types for trainees getting unique education services.

b. Verify MA eligibility of trainees on MN utilizing the MDHS site.

c. Evaluations IEP info in the Sped Kinds for all MA qualified unique education trainees to identify certifying services.

d. Notifies and distributes Adult Rights to the moms and dad( s).

e. Figures out trainee insurance coverage statues; obtains insurance coverage rejections as suitable

f. Develops and keeps a trainee’s declare 3rd party Billing type and a copy of the IEP, eligibility status, time logs, journey logs, and so on
