Job Description
Responsible for precise and prompt follow up of all 3rd party overdue claims or improperly paid/ turned down claims till last resolution. Act on all exceptional or improperly paid or declined claims by using the needed reports. Includes telephoning and/or rebilling the claims. Determine issues and disparities within the system, payer payment or policies and brings them to the managers attention. Determine uncollectible accounts and cross out to the proper cross out code in a prompt way.
Qualifications
