Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Accounting Manager, the Billing Analyst is accountable for the prompt preparation of month-to-month consumer billings in accordance with agreement terms, federal government requirements, and billing procedures and treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice federal government and industrial consumers in a prompt and precise way
- Ensure billings remain in compliance with billing procedures and treatments, federal government policies, and client standards
- Establish and keep billing evaluation procedure with Project Financial Analysts (PFDs) and Program Managers (LEMs)
- Maintain electronic records as suitable, and in accordance with Billing treatments and Company record retention standards
- Identify and research study invoicing problems, consisting of client rejections and brief paid billings, and offer assistance and resolution, as proper

Qualifications
