Responsibilities & Requirements

JOB SUMMARY:

Provides practice management, guidance, scheduling, and everyday management of appointed practice( s). Usually, supports 19 or more companies and a minimum of 5 leaders. Guarantees a smooth and effective operation of practice( s) to consist of, however not restricted to, employing and training personnel, dealing with the doctors daily, tracking and managing expenses, ensuring precise and prompt charge capture and edit/error work line resolution, and supervising personnel performance. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Helps with regular monthly personnel conferences in assistance of POC and other KPN efforts. Collaborates with KPN operations to get ready for month-to-month practice( s) operations council conferences.
  • COMPLIANCE/QUALITY: Maintains privacy with client records in accordance with HIPAA. Assists doctors with preparing, tracking, and sending CME expenditure repayment demands. Guarantees the practice( s) stays certified with all regulative companies (e.g. CLIA, TDDD, OSHA, Board of Pharmacy, and so on). Makes sure drug samples are properly tracked and given in compliance with state guidelines. REQUIREMENTS:
