Responsibilities & Requirements

JOB SUMMARY:

Provides practice management, guidance, scheduling, and everyday management of appointed practice( s). Normally, supports 19 or more suppliers and a minimum of 5 leaders. Makes sure a smooth and effective operation of practice( s) to consist of, however not restricted to, employing and training personnel, dealing with the doctors daily, tracking and managing expenses, ensuring precise and prompt charge capture and edit/error work line resolution, and managing personnel performance. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • COMPLIANCE/QUALITY: Maintains privacy with client records in accordance with HIPAA. Assists doctors with preparing, tracking, and sending CME cost repayment demands. Guarantees the practice( s) stays certified with all regulative companies (e.g. CLIA, TDDD, OSHA, Board of Pharmacy, and so on). Makes sure personnel and doctors total compulsory network requirements (e.g. security education, business stability education, immunizations, influenza shot).

Preferred Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
