Summary Description:
Assist the accounting and administrative functions for Towne’s combine administrative workplace, utilizing basic practiced accounting concepts. All duties will be carried out in an expert way which favorably impacts the client’s (internal and external) understanding of the car dealership.
Automotive Accounting Clerk Requirements:
- Accuracy and attention to information; Aptitude for numbers
- Demonstrates high degree of efficiency in Microsoft Office (consisting of Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Demonstrates a strong work principles and displays expert and appropriate habits at all times
- Self-motivated, arranged and success driven
- Possess strong issue resolving and analytical abilities
- Possess efficient spoken and written interaction abilities
- Able to pass basic background check
Billing Clerk Responsibilities
- Assist Accounting Clerk as required
- Process DMV Transactions
- Process Customer loan deals
- Other responsibilities as designated
- Ensures 100% Customer Data is protecting
- Contributes to the total success of the car dealership
