@LauraNieusma Carriers used to slash billing when I used “review”. They want to feel like you’re actively solving the greatest mystery of mankind for every .1 you bill. Do something like “Analyze [x pages] of medical records from [provider] to [action item – prepare for depo, demands, etc]
