@twtChaz @Psycho_CRR @EdKrassen Looked up cost plus billing. I agree it’s absurd. Still, this seems like a system issue between medical providers and insurance companies rather than a government issue. Insurance should not be tied to employment, and that seems like a problem governments could easily fix.
