1-4 Years of experience in receivables follow-up/ rejection management for United States health care consumers
Fluent spoken interaction capabilities/ call center know-how
Understanding on Denials management and A/R basics will be chosen
Determination to work continually in graveyard shift
Standard working understanding of computer systems.
Prior experience of operating in a medical billing business and usage of medical billing software application will be thought about a benefit. We will supply training on the customer’s medical billing software application as part of the training.
Understanding of Healthcare terms and ICD/CPT codes will be thought about a plus and Responsibilities
