This is a full-time Monday-Friday position.
As a Medical Biller, your position will consist of however is not restricted to:
- Post client charges and insurance coverage payments
- Fix up and develop deposits daily
- Follow up with insurer
- Take part in addressing client billing and/or insurance coverage concerns
- Cover for other billing positions as required
- Obtaining insurance coverage confirmations
Credentials
- High school diploma or comparable needed
- 3 Years of medical billing (publishing charges and payments) experience needed
- Strong understanding of medical insurance market needed
- Center Billing/UB04 experience chosen
- Strong Computer system abilities
Abilities
- Understanding of HIPAA
- Outstanding social, written and spoken interaction abilities
- Capability to work as a group in addition to separately
- Capability to multitask and focus on
