The Coding Medical Records Professional will support Coding Audit Action Lead, Manager and Supervisor by proactively handling (consisting of matching interactions and escalation courses) considerable problems in payer medical records demands. The Coding Medical Records Expert will work carefully with other members of the Coding Group in dealing with problems connected to accurate/timely processing of medical records demands, and rejection management.

Certifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED needed.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in health center or doctor center medical records department, or comparable work experience with comparable work tasks, functions and obligations needed. A minimum of one year of insurance coverage follow-up or coding experience needed.
- Extra abilities needed:
- Need to have the ability to work throughout times of uncommonly high volume and of uncommon requirement as work needs.
- Needs to have exceptional analytical and client service abilities.
- Should have the capability to multitask and work individually with restricted guidance.
- Should have the ability to satisfy standardized efficiency metrics/goals.
- Must have a strong working understanding of HIPAA requirements.

- Should have working understanding and/or familiarity with healthcare facility and doctor medical records
