Open Position:
We are seeking a full-time Medical Billing and Collections Specialist. The Medical Billing and Collections Specialist will be providing support for Enrollment and assisting new and renewing members to enroll in lines of business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling invoice discrepancies
Submitting claims to an insurance company
Medical billing and charge entry
Insurance payment posting
Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department
High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers and reducing delinquency for these accounts
Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
Providing excellent & considerate customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies
