Tasks Include:

– Expertly and successfully interact with group of internal billing personnel and our customers

– Maintain work line and handle individual workflow, conference top priorities and needed due dates

– Import electronic billing files

– Send electronic billing files to payers

– Work mistakes, rejections, corrections, and re-bills

– Post payments and rejections

– Run reports to fix up month-to-month billing cycle

– Act on overdue claims

– Help with brand-new company applications

– Go to conferences and trainings internally with group and with customers

Credentials/ Abilities:

– Experience and/or academic background in the health care field or medical workplace environment might be thought about (front workplace, back workplace, scheduling, medical assistant, declares processing, collections, and so on). Direct experience in 3rd celebration claims (Medicare, Medi-Cal, Personal Insurance coverages) billing and follow-up a plus.

Payment:

This is an entry to mid-level position, commensurate with experience
