Medical Billing – Pre AR obligations are to make sure that the client claim is examined for possible compensation concerns and billed out properly. The AR obligations are to examine and research study claims to determine suitable resolution

Important Functions:

  • Solve numerous billing modifies within developed timelines
  • Recognizes patterns and concerns, verbally interacts the problems and propose services to the manager in composing
  • Follow up (incoming and outgoing telephone call and e-mail) with departments concerning claim submission through our practice management system
  • Composes/writes appeal letters utilizing the recognized insurance coverage standards to fix collection barriers.
  • Reacts to composed and email correspondence within recognized timelines.
  • Prepares a composed summary of department problems and issues for manager.
  • Responses telephone call and helps clients face to face to fix problems by recognized timelines
  • Overtime might be needed.
  • Other responsibilities as designated

Minimum Certifications:

  • One to 2 years of workplace or medical billing experience with concentrate on Medicare and third-party collections, billing, and payment plans.
  • Candidate need to have high quality client service abilities, versatility and capability to work in a high volume, quick paced environment.
  • Efficient spoken and written interaction and human relation abilities needed.
  • Intermediate Excel and data processing abilities.
