Duties

  • Examines, examines and solves account problems, consisting of resubmitting and upgrading lien and claim record info.
  • Accesses readily available resources, such as the Subscription System, Resolute, Diamond payer databases to find missing out on or inaccurate info. Updates medical claims with fixed billing details and launches claims for transmission to the payer.
  • Examines and records actions required to fix medical billing disparities and uncommon charges and credits.
  • Carries out follow-up collection activity/ settlement of lien settlement by means of pre-assigned work lines to accelerate payments.
  • Functions high concern TPL/ MVA/ WC cases according to department policies and treatments.
