REQUIRED ABILITIES

Medical Biller should have strong rejection and insurance coverage follow-up management abilities.

• Medical Biller Prepares and sends tidy claims to 3rd party payers either digitally or by paper.
• Medical Biller Keeps relationship with clearinghouse, consisting of suitable follow-up with assistance concerns.
• Medical Biller Coordinate the procedure of client eligibility through numerous 3rd party sources.
• Medical Biller Manage regular monthly declaration procedure, to consist of examining declarations prior to mailing and field any client queries the Client Solutions personnel requires to intensify.
• Medical Biller Deal with reception personnel, guarantee proper collection of co-pays, and self-pay costs.
• Medical Biller Manages client questions and responses concerns from clerical personnel and insurance provider
• Medical Biller Recognizes and deals with client billing issues.
• Median Biller problems changed, fixed, and/or rebilled claims to 3rd party payers.
• Medical Biller will publish changes, transfer of duty and refunds, as required.
• Medical Biller ensure coding is certified and approximately date.
• Medical Biller examines accounts and makes suggestions to the Supervisor relating to non collectible accounts.
• Medical Biller preserves strictest privacy; complies with all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
• Medical Biller evaluates accounts and makes suggestions to the Supervisor relating to non collectible accounts.
