Wachter is presently accepting applications for a dispatcher in our Lowell, AR workplace. Perfect prospects will have market experience with big single website operations in the electrical field. This position dispatches service tickets and offers administrative and functional assistance. This position is a day move with periodic overtime, as client requirements might determine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch service tickets to readily available service technicians across the country
  • Provide any required paperwork for service tickets
  • Closing out tickets from professional notes and billing the client in our system for the work carried out by the service technician.
  • Provide administrative task assistance
  • Assist in job scheduling
  • Assist in job billings
  • Maintain the business’s high requirement of quality and professionalism with concerns to craftsmanship, client relations, colleagues, habits and look
  • Perform any other responsibilities not particularly specified herein, however which your manager might designate
  • Adhere to all needed task security requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum HS Diploma/GED; with College Education/Degree extremely preferable
  • Highly skilled with usage of desktop computer, consisting of e-mail, spreadsheets and database Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent composed and spoken interactions abilities
  • Strong attention to information, organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Must type a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Network troubleshooting, Cat-5 Cabling/Fiber understanding a plus
