This position dispatches service tickets and supplies administrative and functional assistance. This position is a day move with periodic overtime, as consumer requirements might determine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch service tickets to readily available professionals across the country
  • Provide any needed documents for service tickets
  • Closing out tickets from service technician notes and billing the consumer in our system for the work carried out by the service technician.
  • Provide administrative task assistance
  • Assist in job scheduling
  • Assist in job billings
  • Maintain the business’s high requirement of quality and professionalism with concerns to craftsmanship, consumer relations, colleagues, habits and look
  • Perform any other responsibilities not particularly specified herein, however which your manager might appoint
  • Adhere to all needed job security requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum HS Diploma/GED; with College Education/Degree extremely preferable
  • Highly skilled with usage of computer, consisting of e-mail, spreadsheets and database Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong attention to information, organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Excellent time management abilities
