Function as an agent in all locations of clerical assistance. Presumes duty for all aspects of front desk operations, consisting of welcoming and signing up clients, addressing phones, scheduling visits, going into client charges and demographics, obtaining and upgrading medical records, gathering costs and carrying out basic clerical and other tasks as designated in accordance with Joint Commission, NCQA and federal government requirements, along with policies and treatments of PPA.

Qualifications

  • Education:- High school diploma or equivalent- Graduate of an authorized Medical Assistant program.Experience- Two to 3 years? experience in healthcare setting carrying out comparable work activities consisting of, however not restricted to clerical, billing or insurance coverage processingBasic Life Support (BLS) accreditation needed. – Medical Assistant Certification requirement. Should sit for and pass the accreditation test for through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) by the anniversary date of their employment.Individuals should have the following understanding, abilities and capabilities or have the ability to discuss and show that the person can carry out the important functions of the task, with or without sensible lodging, utilizing some other mix of abilities and capabilities and to have the required physical requirements, with or without the help of mechanical gadgets to securely carry out the important functions of the task:1. Capability to keep great interactions; capability to develop and keep favorable working relationships with workers, doctors, clients, households and the general public.9.
