Responsibilities:

  • Provide everyday assistance to the Billing Account Specialists.
  • Work with Billing Account Specialists for the set-up of brand-new customers.
  • Assist in the upkeep of different billing assistance spreadsheets.
  • Assist group in weekly and bi-weekly updates sent out to customers.
  • Primary obligation for registration with claims and ERA arrangements.
  • Assist in service provider set-ups, consisting of packing supplier numbers.
  • Resolve internal e-mails within a 24- hour turn-around time.
  • Address faxes got in the Billing Support department with 24- hour turn-around time.
  • Maintain numerous customer matrix spreadsheets prompt.

Qualifications:

  • Above typical computer system abilities.
  • Strong spoken and written interaction abilities.
  • Excellent social abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • General workplace assistance work experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred:

Experience in the medical billing field (charge entry/payment posting/claims)
