Position Overview

The Billing Manager will report to the Sr. Task Controller and will be accountable to manage all billing and fulfill department expectations and objectives.

District Overview

Kiewit’s Central District is among our biggest facilities districts concentrating on heavy civil, structural concrete/bridge, water/wastewater, and transport tasks. We self-perform work such as mass grading, drain, paving, energy and more – so be prepared to get your hands filthy! While headquartered in Denver, Colorado, most of our work is focused in the Central and South-Central areas of the United States. Responsibilities

The Billing Manager will manage a group of billing experts to handle the billing activities of the operations, consisting of inquiries/disputes and working throughout departments to deals with concerns in a prompt way. The Billing Manager will make sure proper monetary and functional reports remain in location to keep track of the development of the billing group. In addition, the Billing Manager will lead efforts to enhance the performance of the billing procedure. An analytical mindset and capability to handle a group are needed to be effective in this function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other associated field
  • 5 years of gradually accountable experience in income management or associated field
  • 3 years of experience effectively handling a group of 5 or more
  • Oversee and improve billing and collections procedures
  • Plan and execute quality control for all procedures
  • Strong ability in ERP software application
  • Establish and preserve a KPI with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Invoiced to the consumer.
  • Ensure billings are appropriately published and reported in the monetary metrics
