THE OPPORTUNITY
VIPcare is looking for a Float Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, MA) to supply preventative and persistent care management at our senior-focused medical care centers in our Poinciana & Davenport places.
Candidates need to live within a 20- mile radius of either place for sensible commute times.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, you must have previous medical assistant experience, consisting of:
- Performing direct and indirect client care tasks (under the instructions and guidance of the supplier consist of, however are not restricted to: examination preparation, vitals, injections, IV infusions, phlebotomy, eye/ear watering, injury care, in-office diagnostics) and helping companies with any/all treatments as asked for
- Completing electronic medical records
- Providing support to front workplace staff member by carrying out clerical responsibilities, consisting of client check-in/out, recommendations, prescription medication management, inbound/outbound phone conversation, and so on
- You have a huge heart
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Medical Assistant experience/Accredited Medical Asst. program chosen however not needed (RMA or CMA)
- Phlebotomy experience chosen
- Knowledge of HEDIS, Medicare Advantage, HIPAA & OSHA, medical coding, medication combination, and typical illness
COMPENSATION

Candidates with tested HEDIS/Medicare Advantage experience/IV certified/phlebotomists undergo a greater base pay.
