The Opportunity:

Total Safety is searching for a Billing Specialist II to join their security mindful group! The Billing Specialist manages all elements of customer billing, working carefully with job supervisors, customers, and the billing group. Guarantees that all jobs are handled in accordance with the Customer’s requirements and the Company’s programs, policies, and treatments. Makes sure compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves great consumer relations by supplying quality, prompt services.

Essential Duties:

  • Reviews billing packages completed by Biller I for total and precise supporting files needed by clients and Total Safety.
  • Submits billings and assistance to consumers,
  • Serves as back-up biller throughout abscesses or high-volume processing durations.
  • With gotten skilled with be presented to little account collections
  • Work carefully with account supervisors to offer customer with precise and prompt info.
  • Perform all other tasks as designated.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of billing or administrative experience with minimum of 6 months as a Total Safety Biller I.
  • Ability to examine numerous work streams from Biller I.
  • Demonstrated constant presence.
  • Attention to information and staying concentrated and efficient in a hectic high-volume task.
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook and fundamental Excel abilities (Data Exporting, Filtering and Sorting).
  • Must have the capability to work prolonged hours throughout hectic season and month end close.
  • Organized and time management abilities
  • Must have the ability to produce, develop, examine, and report
  • Must be detail-oriented and exceptionally precise.
  • Must show capability to operate in a group environment and determination to presume extra or brand-new duties easily.
  • Ability to keep privacy with delicate information, preserve information stability and to draw out information, carry out computations and prepare reports in a precise and prompt way.
  • Experience in a circulation and/or commercial rental environment chosen. Stock control experience chosen.
