A leading and ingenious Dental Management company in Waltham, MA is searching for a Dental Insurance Biller (HYBRID) to sign up with the group ASAP!

Training is consisted of: do not hesitate to use if you have a CPC Certification, or any experience within an oral workplace.

  • Responsible for precise and prompt submission of claims to both oral and medical (when appropriate) payors
  • Audit previous oral services versus claim charges
  • Resolve any QDW and/or NextGen clearinghouse rejections. Intensifies problems, as required, prompt and precisely.
  • Submit secondary claims to payors when triggered by the system in a prompt way
  • Submit paper declares to payors when electronic alternatives are not available
  • Assist with medical billing when asked for
  • Monitor prompt filing rejections to comprehend efficiency enhancement chances
  • Monitor rejection/denial patterns to recognize chances to reinforce clearinghouse claim scrubbing
  • Assist with ERA registration activities as asked for
  • Support staff member in designated project-based work
  • Maintain or go beyond recognized performance objectives and quality requirements
  • Performs other associated responsibilities as designated
