Insurance coverage usually takes 30 to 60 days to
procedure the claim from claim received date.

If no reaction received till 30 days from
date of submission. We need to follow up
with insurance coverage for claim status

Based on insurance coverage claim remains in process.

Confirm what is claims processing time
and claim received date.

If it is with claims processing time,
require to enable some more time.

If claim is not processed within claims
processsing time frame.
Request to expedite the processing.
Verify turn around time and enable some
more time.

Ins name. no reaction received. Called insurance
@ 8004510287 and consulted with associate, stated claim is in procedure.
Claim received (date). Claim processing time is60
days from gotten date. Claim number, call ref # abc.
Need to allow some more time.
