  • Processes claims by properly identifying the billing type (doctor, surgical treatment center, health center, etc) and getting in medical expenses into the evaluating system, enabling automated adjudication to process.
  • Must be able to cross recommendation various types of billings to ensure consistency in the evaluation procedure.
  • Knowledge of basic charge schedule evaluation, UC&R review, drug and supply charges, rarity, usage review, CPT guidelines, ICD 10, bundling/unbundling, replicate billing and CMS repayment guidelines preferred however not needed.
