Job responsibilities:
- The Customer Providers Representatives serves as liaisons between the client and medical professional’ s workplace to address concerns and fix problems connected to customer billing
- Make notes in client accounts regarding action taken to resolve issues and react to queries
- Handles resolution of secondary claims Aids with collections and refunds
- Disperses refunds monthly
- Compares patient collection balance reports versus aging claim reports
- Reports to supervisor persistent problems with customers
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Should have (1) year of medical billing and phone experience needed
- Experience reading EOBs
- PREFER Bilingual in SPANISH
- High school diploma or comparable needed
- Need to consent to take and pass coding course by 12 months post-hire (employer paid) needed
