Job responsibilities:

  • The Customer Providers Representatives serves as liaisons between the client and medical professional’ s workplace to address concerns and fix problems connected to customer billing
  • Make notes in client accounts regarding action taken to resolve issues and react to queries
  • Handles resolution of secondary claims Aids with collections and refunds
  • Disperses refunds monthly
  • Compares patient collection balance reports versus aging claim reports
  • Reports to supervisor persistent problems with customers
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Should have (1) year of medical billing and phone experience needed
  • Experience reading EOBs
  • PREFER Bilingual in SPANISH
  • High school diploma or comparable needed
  • Need to consent to take and pass coding course by 12 months post-hire (employer paid) needed
