POSITION SUMMARY
This position strategies, leads and directs designated medical coding teams throughout several areas. Position manages coding for a created coding team and is accountable for making sure compliance with regulative requirements, coding accuracy, data stability and/or complete and appropriate reimbursement from third celebration payors.
Needs to possess a strong knowledge and background in coding as generally demonstrated through 3 or more years of progressive coding leadership experience ideally within a significant health care company or health system setting.
