Necessary Responsibilities and Obligations:

  • Supervise and examine training staff
  • Direct advisory committee activities for program.
  • Screen training applicants
  • Review curriculum and textbooks with instructors, program supervisors, advisory board, and School President.

Trainer:

  • Instruct classes using a range of mentor strategies
  • Display participation of trainees and send to Registrar in a timely style
  • Manage class to offer an ideal knowing environment
  • Offer tutoring to trainees needing extra assistance
  • Prepare lesson strategies
  • Follow curricula and lesson strategies to preserve a speed that meets training requirements
  • Prepare lecture and testing materials for students
  • Grade tests in a timely fashion and submit grades to Registrar within allocated timeframe
  • Regularly evaluate trainees to evaluate retention of course product
  • Advise trainees with regard to academic development
  • Assess and make sure trainees meet program proficiencies
  • Maintain clean work environment
  • Be prompt and reputable
  • Ensure adherence to school schedule
  • Right away inform Education Planner or School Director of all incidents that might threaten the security of trainees

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with five years relative experience preferred.
    CHCP.
