Accountable for the follow-up and collection of Medical Group receivables in order to preserve favorable capital and lower receivables and A/R days, in compliance with all suitable guidelines.
Position Requirements
Education
- High School graduate or comparable needed.
- Advanced courses in computer system, workplace or public relations chosen.
Experience
- One to 2 years’ medical collection experience.
- Speed and precision with keyboard and calculator, and computer system experience.
- Experience in health care billing, collection, or registration chosen.
- Client service experience chosen. – Needs on-the-job training. – Qualified Client Account Specialist (CPAT) chosen.
