Duties
- Expenses insurer or client.
- Posts payments to client accounts.
- Makes sure that payment has actually been gotten according to agreement.
- Changes account balances and notes agreement allowances, insurance coverage write-offs, and courtesy discount rates.
- Balances deposits for designated accounts.
- Examines all insurance coverage info to keep existing billing understanding and files and reports any inconsistencies or declinations to manager.
- Keeps computer system and paper department files and logs.
- Responses client and 3rd party payer representative queries relating to accounts and finishes documents of all activity on each account.
Requirements
- One year associated experience or training.
- Regular physical needs consist of: Sitting, Strolling
