Responsibilities
- Provides client and customer billing assistance.
- Compiles billing information and prepares computer system billings for customer billing.
- Monitors PAR levels, and starts action to renew stock.
- Verifies the precision of inbound and outbound deliveries and orders.
- Reconciles disparities in stocks and alerts manager of abnormalities.
- Operates a desktop computer and suitable software application plans.
Qualifications
Education
- High school education or equivalent is needed.
- Requires some understanding of medical terms.
- Skill in usage of computer systems consisting of data processing is needed.
Experience
- Requires 1 year customer support experience in any setting.
- Experience as a phlebotomist might be alternatived to Customer Service experience.
- Prefer 1 year of experience in a lab setting.
- Prefer 1 year experience as a Registrar Clerk.
(Above requirements can be fulfilled by comparable mix of education and experience).
