Job Summary: To help doctors and other main healthcare suppliers with clerical, monetary and other basic medical workplace operations in ambulatory practice. Education & Experience

Responsibilities
- Performs administrative responsibilities such as answering telephones, welcoming clients, pulling, upgrading and submitting patient medical records, confirming client group and insurance coverage details, scheduling consultations, and carrying out billing and accounting.
- Checks-in clients, helps with client histories, checks precision of client details, prepares charts, might be hired to chaperone or help service provider throughout evaluations and other client care activities, carries out billing and other basic medical workplace treatments in accordance with recognized procedures of a specific center.
- Educates and encourages clients on defined medical problems within developed standards. Assists with scheduling, coding and billing of medical treatments and/or ambulatory surgeries.
- Arranges analyzing space devices; cleans up spaces and escorts client to and from designated space in center. Gets rid of polluted materials; preserves stocks of medical materials and medications as proper to the center.
