The function of the Billing/ Accounting Clerk is to precisely tape the sale, earnings, and commissions payable on all offered systems and to preserve precise accounting of car stocks.

Responsibilities:

• Process all documentation from retail sales in accordance with lending institution and business standards.
• Ensure all lorry retail sales have proper paperwork in accordance with business earnings acknowledgment policies. Alert the proper workers immediately if offer is missing out on documents or needed files.
• Prepare financing package to loan provider specs and forward without delay for financing. Guarantee that financing from loan providers takes place in a prompt way.
• Ensure that trade rewards are made in a prompt way.
• Review accounting schedule for various incorrect entries.

Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of accounting theories and practices.
• Ability to manage duties separately, with minimum guidance.
• Excellent computer system abilities consisting of Excel and Word.

• Must have the ability to work well with individuals on all levels and have the ability to interact efficiently with them.
