Billing Analyst

The Billing Analyst is an important part of the Garda World Security business accounting and financing department. Dealing with our accounting and monetary expert group, the effective prospect will help with all billing functions. This position needs attention to information, company, and the capability to satisfy everyday difficulties with an entrepreneurial spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Invoice processing
  • Invoice circulation
  • Manage customer billing systems
  • Manage needed customer files (lien waivers, release kinds, and so on)
  • Assist monetary experts in keeping precise billing – Work carefully with monetary experts in keeping precise billing
  • Invoice reconciliations

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completes everyday scheduling and billing requirements
  • Performs monetary analyses at the branch and task level and establishes suggestions for website management; thinks about and performs extra analyses as proper.
  • Assists in establishing monetary controls, treatments, systems, and forecasting methods to assess contract/program status and guarantee compliance with federal government and consumer requirements.
  • Develops management reports utilizing database structures and end-user user interfaces to offer details to the proper workers as required.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS

  • The prospect need to be a self-starter and show the capability to focus on and handle several needs. In addition, the capability to work efficiently as part of a group and connect with all levels of the company is necessary to the position.
  • A 4-year business-related degree is needed. A focus in financing or accounting is chosen. Standard Excel needed; understanding of v-lookups and pivot tables a plus.
