What you’ll do on a normal day:
- Administer weekly billing for appointed customers within defined timeframe, consisting of preparing billings, transferring billings to customers and providing reports
- Manage weekly settlements within the specified timeframe, when asked for
- Research inconsistencies and deal with variations in positioning with procedures and workflow
- Validate invoicing for precision; refer essential stakeholders to deal with errors or problems

At a minimum, you’ll require:
- 1 year of experience in a client service-oriented environment
- Some experience in accounting, invoicing or freight audit and payment operations

- Experience in balance dues or accounts payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other company applications
