THE OPPORTUNITY

VIPcare is looking for a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, MA) to supply preventative and persistent care management at our upcoming senior-focused medical care center in Sarasota, FL.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, you need to have previous medical assistant experience, consisting of:

  • Performing direct and indirect client care responsibilities (under the instructions and guidance of the company consist of, however are not restricted to: test preparation, vitals, injections, IV infusions, phlebotomy, eye/ear watering, injury care, in-office diagnostics) and helping suppliers with any/all treatments as asked for
  • Completing electronic medical records
  • Providing help to front workplace employee by carrying out clerical tasks, consisting of client check-in/out, recommendations, prescription medication management, inbound/outbound phone call, and so on
  • You have a huge heart

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Medical Assistant experience/Accredited Medical Asst. program chosen however not needed (RMA or CMA)
  • Phlebotomy experience chosen
  • Knowledge of HEDIS, Medicare Advantage, HIPAA & OSHA, medical coding, medication debt consolidation, and typical illness
